Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least **24 hours’ notice**. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to **50% of the service cost**. Missed appointments or no-shows may be charged **up to 100%** of the scheduled service fee. Appointment times may be provided as service windows rather than exact arrival times.
